In lieu of paper statements and confirms, an email will be sent notifying you that a confirm or statement is available on our website.
To sign up for email notification of statements and confirms sign into your account and edit the settings on the "Account Detail" tab. If you do not already have a website id and pin please contact your broker or sales assistant. For more information on changing these settings click here for a short tutorial.
Paperless Confirms and Statements FAQ
- e-Notification alerts account owners, via e-mail, of the availability of their online:
- Monthly/quarterly, and annual account statements
- Daily and quarterly trade confirmations
- Account owners with multiple accounts must enroll each account separately.
- For accounts with multiple owners, only one owner (the e-mail address of record) will receive e-mail notification.
- Enrollment becomes effective the next business day.
- If enrolled by the last business day of the month, you will receive e-Notification for statements.
- Prospectuses are not included in e-Notification.
- Trades requiring both confirmations and prospectuses are excluded from e-Notification.
- Those confirms and prospectuses will be mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Interested-party statements and confirmations will continue to be mailed via USPS.
- Depending on your Internet Service Provider (ISP), the sender name may read as "unknown" or the name may be slightly altered.
- If your email address on record is changed, you will be sent a letter via USPS.
- Undeliverable Email:
- Attempts to redeliver failed e-mails continue every 90 minutes for 24 hours
- A letter is mailed to you notifying you:
- A document is available to view online
- To look into potential problems with your e-mail address
- e-Notification will be revoked after:
- Five letters for confirmations
- Three letters for statements
