Marsi Doran
Senior Vice President, Fixed Income Trader

Marsi is a municipal bond trader specializing in northwest and high quality national issues.  She began her investment career in 1986 at Harper McLean and Co., a Seattle bond underwriting firm.  In 1993 she moved to Ragen MacKenzie Inc., where she managed the municipal bond trading department.  In 2001 she joined McAdams Wright Ragen to establish and build the bond trading department for the firm.  Throughout her career, she has had diverse experience in both the taxable and tax-exempt markets.  Marsi received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.

Marshall Kneeland
Senior Vice President, Fixed Income Trader

Marshall Kneeland has over 30 years of extensive experience trading and underwriting northwest municipal securities.  He spent most of those years with Citigroup before joining McAdams Wright Ragen in 2005. He is a past member of the Oregon Municipal Debt Advisory Commission. He has served as a member of the Professional Qualifications Committee and the Glossary Committee for the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (“MSRB”). Marshall holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University.

Matt Barnes, CFA
Vice President, Fixed Income Trader

Matt brings a focus on credit analysis and trading to the fixed income team at McAdams Wright Ragen.  Prior to joining MWR in 2009, Matt spent seven years in credit and equity research and credit trading at Cascade Investment, LLC, the private partnership of William H. Gates III and the money management responsibilities of The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Matt received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in Business Administration and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.  Matt is a member of the Seattle Society of Financial Analysts and the CFA Institute.
