We are interested in hiring established retail brokers and investment advisors of high integrity, with good reputations. Strong community ties, a positive work attitude, and a keen interest in investing characterize our typical hire. We are particularly interested in brokers with an entrepreneurial bent who appreciate the benefits of working for a regional firm. We have a simplified and competitive compensation structure that can be refreshing to brokers used to working for larger firms. We have a strong technology platform via our clearing relationship with National Financial Services LLC, Member NYSE, SIPC, a Fidelity Investments® Company. A meaningful equity ownership position in our company can be part of a compensation package.
