Sid joined McAdams Wright Ragen, Inc. in 2006 as a research analyst following the technology sector, covering companies such as Microsoft, Tektronix and Qualcomm. Prior to joining MWR he worked as an analyst with The Robins Group, a Portland-based boutique equity research firm, for over two-and-a-half years.

Sid has also worked on the buy-side at hedge-fund Kaintuck Capital Management in Boston. His career in the investment industry began in India where he worked as a trader on the Indian stock market for three years. Sid received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Pune University in India and his MBA in finance from Willamette University in Salem, Ore.

Dan joined McAdams Wright Ragen, Inc. in 2001as a research analyst with a focus on retail, e-commerce, consumer staples and restaurants. His coverage includes companies such as Starbucks, Amazon and Nordstrom, for which he has been widely quoted in regional, national and international media.

He has a broad-based consulting and industry background in finance and accounting. Dan earned graduate degrees in business and accounting from the University of Virginia and Pennsylvania State University, and a BA from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. Prior to joining MWR, he worked for Coopers & Lybrand and Host Marriott Services, and was an equity analyst with The Red Chip Review, a small-cap equity research firm.

Joining McAdams Wright Ragen, Inc. as a research analyst in 2006, Mike is primarily responsible for covering capital goods and transportation companies, as well as special situations. Mike previously worked for Wells Fargo Investments in Seattle where he collaborated with retail brokers in developing equity investment ideas and portfolio construction. He also has experience as a crime and business journalist with his writings appearing in Time magazine, The Seattle Post-Intelligencer, the Puget Sound Business Journal and The Spokesman-Review, based in Spokane, Wash.

Mike received his BA in journalism from the University of Washington and his MBA from Seattle University.

Sara joined McAdams Wright Ragen, Inc. in 2004 and follows the banking sector, as well as  consumer apparel and footwear. She covers a wide variety of Northwest-based financial  institutions, from the larger regional banks to small, closely-held community banks and thrifts. Her work on the consumer side is primarily focused on lifestyle companies, including coverage of such iconic brands as Nike and Columbia Sportswear.

Prior to joining MWR, Sara worked with the State of Wisconsin Investment Board where she focused on several sectors, including consumer staples, beverages and restaurants. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle. She received her BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jennifer joined McAdams Wright Ragen, Inc. in 2009 after completing her MBA at the University of Chicago, where she interned with multi-strategy fund, Stark Investments’, commodities desk. Her coverage is primarily focused on utility and energy-related companies.

Jennifer previously worked in the Institutional Equity Research department at DA Davidson Co., focusing on aerospace, transportation equipment and financial technology stocks. She also worked for a Houston-based registered investment advisor for high net worth clients, and a Portland-based natural gas and power trading desk, now part of Iberdrola. She obtained the CFA charter in 2006 and her BA from Reed College, receiving the Gerald M. Meier Award for Distinction in Economics and graduating Phi Beta Kappa.

Lilith joined McAdams Wright Ragen, Inc. in 2011 after working as an editor at Ragen MacKenzie. She has also held editorial positions at Garland Science Publishing and the Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation, both in New York.

She graduated from Princeton University with a BA in ecology and evolutionary biology.
